We will ship out your item so you receive it approximately 5-7 days prior to your event and we ask that you ship it back the first business day after your event

If the costume is damaged or ruined you will be charged the full replacement cost of that costume.

There will be a $25.00 cancellation fee per costume, for orders cancelled 3 weeks prior to the event date. After that, no cancellations will be accepted.

Holiday Rentals (e.g. Santa, Easter Bunny) will not be refunded if cancelled, due to the high demand and limited items available.

YOU MUST READ THIS:
By taking the costume(s) out of the box, you are agreeing to the following terms:

1. Reasonable wear to the costume(s) is to be expected and accepted.  DAMAGE is considered to have occurred by: tearing, burning, cutting, excessive make-up, removal of buttons, medallions, badges or other kinds of trim.  Knee slides are NOT to be performed while in costume(s).  Articles which are lost or damaged by negligence while in your possession or by improper packing for return shipment will be charged in the replacement cost/rate.
   
   
2. If the items are returned extra dirty and additional scrubbing is needed you will be charged accordingly.
   
   
3. Completion and acceptance of all orders is subject to unavoidable contingencies, such as fire, ruining of the costume(s) by previous users, and conditions beyond the control of Costumes Galore.
   
   
4. Do return your costume on time.  Rented merchandise must be returned or shipped to us on the specified return date above.  Overtime fees of 10% of the total bill, per day will be charged for costumes shipped (or returned in person) after the agreed upon return date.  However, we lend a sympathetic ear to excuses called in BEFORE your return date has passed
   
   
5. Please return the plastic snap bag(s) if you receive one with your order.  There will be a $2.00 charge for rentals that come back without their bag.
   
   
6. No refunds or exchanges will be given for any reason.
   
   
7. Do avoid smoking, drinking, and other naughty things in your costume.  Just Kidding.  If you do, please do not leave evidence.
   
   
8. The customer (you) will pay shipping both ways.
