Rental merchandise must be returned to the following location:

Returns must be postmarked the first business day after your event. You (the customer) are responsible for shipping both ways.
Do I need to clean my costume or tuxedo after using it?
Reasonable wear to the items are to be expected and accepted. We will clean the item when it is returned. If items require additional scrubbing there will be a $25.00 scrubbing fee. If we are unable to get an item clean it will be considered damaged. DO NOT try to clean the item yourself. Some tuxedos and costumes require special cleaning procedures and may be damaged by incorrect cleaning.

How Do I Determine if a Costume is the Correct Size?
The costume measurements are listed on the product page. They are the the actual measurements of the costume in inches. Please allow room for movement. If in doubt between two sizes, it's usually best to order the larger size.

If you can add the product to your cart it is in stock and ready to ship.
BACK TO TOPIf An Item Is Out Of Stock, When Will It Be Back In Stock?
When an item is out of stock, we are unable to give a specific date on when that item will be available. However, you can be notified by e-mail as soon as the item is back in stock by providing your e-mail address into the "Coming Soon" box on the Product Page.

CostumesGalore.net has decided to Go Green and help our environment and therefore will not be producing a catalog. We apologize for any inconvenience, but hope you’ll use our navigation or search tool to browse our wide variety of products.

We can cancel your order for a $25 cancelation fee if the order has not shipped. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to make changes to or cancel your order.
BACK TO TOPHow do I determine the correct sizing for a tuxedo?
The tuxedo measurements are listed on the product page. The size charts provide the actual tuxedo measurements. Please add a few inches to your actual measurements in the same areas in order to ensure the best fit possible. See the measuring guidelines below the chart for tips on getting the correct measurements.

Your tuxedo pants will come unhemmed. Please make sure that the tuxedo pants do not drag on the ground. The best way to do this is with a single stitch that can be removed. DO NOT USE DOUBLE SIDED TAPE.

If I Place My Order Today, When Will I Receive It?
COSTUMES will ship for you to receive approximately 2-3 days before your event and TUXEDOS will ship for you to receive approximately 5-7 days before your event.

We rent costumes to the US and Canada. Orders take 5 – 10 days to ship to Canada so please place your order in advance. CostumesGalore.net is not responsible for packages delayed by customs. The customer is responsible for duties and taxes both shipping to and from CostumesGalore.net.

If you live in Canada, your package may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches your country, and when your order is returned to us. You should contact your local customs office for further information if you have questions. You are responsible for any taxes and duties imposed on your package. If for some reason your package is released to you without payment for the custom/duty charges and your custom charges are billed back to us, we will charge your credit card for the amount due.
By accepting your package(s), you are giving us the right to charge your credit card for any taxes and duties imposed by your government or by the US government for returning your order.

Yes, within the US and Canada. All orders will be shipped through the US Post Office. Delivery times will vary based on the final military destination.
BACK TO TOPWhat Happens When My Address has to be Changed?
Packages that are shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer during the order process will be subject to an additional $12 charge if the address must be changed by the carrier in order for the package to be deliverable.

We offer thousands of products, most of which can be returned within 14 days from your Order Date. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and do NOT include shipping and handling charges.
