This Adult Lucy costume is a licensed Peanuts costume and it comes with an over-sized character mask that is made from foam. The eyes and nose are lined with black mesh for easy seeing and breathing. The blue dress ties behind the neck as well as behind the waist for a fitted appearance. The dress has a scalloped collar and the bottom is lined with a stiff tulle-like material. A large bow is also attached in the back.
